Summary in Plain English

Files processed by our PDF, Image, Developer, and QR tools are processed locally in your web browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers for these operations. We do not require accounts, we do not store file contents, and we do not sell your personal data.

1. Client-Side File Processing

All file manipulation—including PDF compression, merging, splitting, PDF to image conversion, image resizing, format conversions, QR code creation, and developer utilities—is engineered to execute purely on client-side technology (JavaScript, WebAssembly, and browser APIs).

At no point during standard operation are your PDF documents, images, JSON payloads, or CSV files transmitted to our servers or stored on remote file storage infrastructure.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or request:

  • Your name, physical address, or phone number
  • User account credentials, passwords, or profile information
  • Files or documents you select for processing
  • Contents or metadata of uploaded files

3. Anonymous Telemetry & Analytics

To understand site usage and improve performance, we may collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics (such as tool usage count, errors, browser user-agent, and country of origin). IP addresses are anonymized. We never log or record the contents, filenames, or parameters of your processed data.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Privatify Tools uses minimal browser local storage strictly to remember functional preferences (such as tool settings or display mode). We do not use invasive cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services & Future Advertising

Our static assets are served through secure global content delivery networks (Cloudflare Pages). In the future, we may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) to support website operation. These partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our site or other internet sites. You may manage or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your browser ad settings or aboutads.info.

6. Contact & Questions

If you have questions about this privacy statement or our client-side architecture, please contact us through our Contact page.
